Refund Policy

AIInterviewCoaches.com offers a limited money-back guarantee for paid subscriptions, subject to the terms below.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for that billing period.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are available for the first paid subscription period only, provided the account has been used for practice and a refund request has been made. Subsequent billing cycles are not refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Free trial usage, lifetime plans, and any fees already applied to past usage are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@aiinterviewcoaches.com with your account email and reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. You must submit a separate refund request within the 7-day window.

7. Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts we believe are abusing this policy.
